ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You can cancel 21 days prior to the event and rebook within 30 days from cancellation with no added charge. The second reschedule is a $125 rebooking fee.

You must return the space to its original state, discard of all of your trash in the trash cans behind the venue. NOT ON THE SIDE OF THE VENUE. Any leftover items will be disposed of. We do not hold inventory, clothing or food left on the premises.

If you are hiring a DJ please be mindful of the sound. DJs only need 1 speaker as the sound echos throughout the space perfectly. Loud Noise that result in the police being called will have your event cancelled at your own expense.

When you are ready to book select the package you desire and the date and time (REMEMEBR SETUP TIME IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING. If you need more time add more time at $175/hour). Pay your $250 booking fee to secure the date and pay the balance 21 days before your event. Be sure to sign and complete the booking agreement
